METALS CUT TO SIZE WHETHER PLATE, SHEET OR BAR – ALL MATERIALS
All Metal Services is equipped to provide the Aerospace and Defence Industries with the latest technology in metal sawing and cutting.
With a variety of metal-cutting saws including 17 plate saws, 10 Bar Saws, and 5 guillotines, we can offer any size of metallic material required by the customer at any of our worldwide facilities.
We offer metal cutting up to 400mm dia. and 5500mm thickness. All billets can be hard stamped/etched, and Deburring & Chamfering facilities can also be offered.
MATERIAL PROTECTION
We can offer plastic coating for prime or cut-to-size metal sheet on one or both sides, in a variety of different grades. Made to spec. Packing Pallets & Cases and logistics management for customer-owned protective units.
CNC MACHINING
We are equipped with CNC machining facilities and can offer the following:
- Surface machining up to 4m x 2m
- Full billet preparation
- Nesting facilities to reduce lead times and maximise material utilisation
- Drilling / Tapping / Counter-Boring
WATERJET CUTTING
- Up to 200mm thick
- 6m x 3m bed
- Virtually any shape
- Can dramatically improve material utilisation
SPECIAL SERVICES
- Deburring
- Bore Cleaning
- Kitting
- Bar coded labelling
- Special inspection techniques, including hardness and conductivity
- State of the art Nesting & CAD Software is also available to increase/plan utilisation
